I have spent my entire adult life studying real estate ownership, investing and sales. It all began in 1989 with my first real estate license in the State of Hawaii.  This was before the days of cell phones and the internet! Hawaii was great but we missed our families in CA and returned to the Bay Area to raise our three daughters.  We settled in Livermore, Ca in 1992 and began investing and managing our own rental properties. Once my youngin's reached an independant age, I knew I wanted to return to the "sales" side of real estate.  I love using my years of experience to help my clients understand the world of real estate, including contracts, disclosures, financing, negotiations and how to close the deal!!  When I'm not negotiating an awesome deal for my clients throughout the entire Bay Area, I am enjoying my 6 amazing grandchildren, hiking, biking or golfing with friends!
